Grettings my loves! It's been a long time...I should'na left you! :) Hope all is going well; and on the off-chance that things are not, we're about to make your day better!
This recipe is the stuff dreams are made of! If you're looking for a delicious and affordable way to add nutrition to your family's diet without the "eww what is that?" faces, this is it.
Now, I must admit I was skeptical at first, It did NOT seem like a delicious combination, in writing; but once I put it all together, that was all she wrote! The kids loved it, I loved it, my husband loved it and 'remixed' it! :)

3 ripe avocados (soft but not mushy)
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/3 c turbinado, agave nectar, or brown sugar
1/4 c almond milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
pinch of salt & a squeeze of lemon juice

Cut and scoop out avocado meat. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. I like to serve it a little chilled. It will keep in the fridge for close to a week, but I doubt it'll last that long. :) Try out different spices like ginger, cardamom, or nutmeg for a lil variety. The SugarMonster (my Head) added a trail mix that included choc/white choc chips, nuts, dried cranberries to his and it was AWESOME! I crushed yogurt covered pretzels  my cup and it was divine! Remember portion is key, even with healthy snacks. Enjoy!
