Soooo, If you're following @NspiyahdWorks on the book of faces you already know we're JUICING this week! But of course, the babies are not so we're keeping them on an ital diet. Many times it's difficult to get the kiddies to eat their veggies but there is hope. I already shared the tip about hiding juicer pulp/grated veggies in the flatbread dough but here's another one for the 'all american' eater types. Yucca FRIES! Yea you read that right. It's a big brown root you can find in the produce section of just about any grocery. Peel the skin cut into fries and pan fry in olive oil. Sprinkle with a lil sea salt or seasoning of your choice and they'll never know ;)
